• The above prices do not include sales tax and/or Optional charges for refueling, cleaning and/or damage limiter

• All Reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit (With a 7 day prior cancellation of Reservation the Non-Refundable deposit may be used as a credit during the same Calendar year).

• Must be 21 years of age and have a major credit card for reservation and deposit.

• Inclement weather cancellations will be determined by Skyline Recreation, and will be determined by the weather conditions in the Sterling, Utah area. If inclement weather conditions are determined by Skyline Recreation you will be given a credit for the paid amount valid for the same calendar year.

• Once you have checked out the ATV’s from Skyline Recreation there will be no credits or refunds due to weather conditions.

• There is a $20 per hour late fee.

• If you choose not to clean the ATV's prior to returning there will a $20 cleaning charge.

• If you choose to return the ATV's without a full tank of gas there will be a $20 fueling charge.

• Lessee is responsible for any damage to ATV.

• Lessee is responsible for any bodily or property damage.

• Any operator of the ATV must have a valid driver’s license.
