Important Info

• All Reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit.

• Must be 21 years of age and have a major credit card for reservation and deposit.

• Inclement weather cancellations will be determined by Skyline Recreation, and will be determined by the weather conditions in the Sterling, Utah area. If inclement weather conditions are determined by Skyline Recreation you will be given a credit for the paid amount valid for the same calendar year.

• Once you have checked out the ATV’s from Skyline Recreation there will be no credits or refunds due to weather conditions.

• There is a $20 per hour late fee.

• There is a $30 fee per machine if they are returned unrefueled.

• There is a $20 fee per machine if they are returned dirty.

• Lessee is responsible for any damage to ATV.

• Lessee is responsible for any bodily or property damage.

• Any operator of the ATV must have a valid driver’s license.
